Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit/exchange (Depending on the circumstance). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Shipping Policy
Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone

SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES ARE CURRENTLY CAUSING GLOBAL SHIPPING DELAYS – Products are shipping 2-3 weeks out.

FACTORY DIRECT ORDERS – All factory direct orders take 4-6 weeks in processing and shipping time

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please call customer service at (815) 464-8447 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a ShopGovDriect.com representative. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other required documents, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be NOT paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/return or exchange. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you when your return has been processed.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition that they were received or they may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged]: Body Armor, ALL PPE, & Covid Testing Supplies

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Products noted as NO RETURNS or ALL SALES FINAL cannot be returned
