The air purifier has been independently tested and certified by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) with high Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) ratings for pollen, dust and tobacco smoke.¹ CADR, is a trusted measure of an air purifier’s efficiency. The higher the CADR score, the more efficient the unit. You can count on Carrier, knowing that this product has exceeded the benchmarks of one of the most respected independent testing facilities.

The built-in air quality monitor continuously samples incoming air and measures levels of pollution. The monitor has an easy to read LED screen that also changes colors based on the four different air quality grades displayed.

·      Blue color: Good air quality

·      Green color: Moderate air quality

·      Yellow color: Bad air quality

·      Red color: Very bad air quality

To improve the quality of the air within your room, you can increase the fan speed setting or switch to auto mode which allows the air purifier to automatically adjust the fan speed based on the detected air quality.

Unlike many air purifiers that only pull air from one side, our air purifier features a powerful fan with 360-degree airflow to pull polluted air from multiple directions and return cleaner air all around the room.

Set it and forget it with Smart Auto Mode which allows the air purifier to automatically adjust between 18 fan speeds based on the air quality level in the room – delivering cleaner air more efficiently.

The air purifier combines three different filtration technologies to create healthier indoor air. First, a pre-filter removes large airborne particles like dust, dirt and pet dander. Then, an advanced high-efficiency filter captures over 99% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen. Finally, an activated carbon filter removes odors from your room’s air.

The filter for your air purifier should be changed every 6-12 months based on usage. It is not washable, but we recommend vacuuming the filter every few weeks for better performance.

How will you know when it’s time to replace your filter? Your air purifier includes a filter change indicator and the icon lights up on the display screen when it’s time to replace.
